Two weeks isn't enough to ship a full product. It's enough to do one of two things properly: build one small feature in production, or validate one direction with a tested prototype and a buildable plan. We decide which on Day 3.

Meet and greet.
A short call to get to know each other and your goals. You get a welcome pack — worksheet, contract, NDA, and a short list of what to share. We do our homework so Day 1 is real work, not introductions.

Find the bet.
Week 2 — One of two paths
Path A
Build one feature.
For founders with a clear requirement and a need for production code.
Days 6–9
Build one small, scoped feature in production. Real infrastructure, data, auth.
Day 10
Handoff. Live feature on a URL, strategy doc, subscription proposal.

Path B
Prove the plan.
For founders who need to validate direction of something bigger.
Days 6–9
Extend and polish the prototype. Run more user tests. Write the build plan.
Day 10
Handoff. Tested prototype, user research, written build plan, proposal.
→ A tested prototype + a buildable plan anyone could execute.

The Sprint isn't a planning exercise. You leave with something real you can show — a working feature live on a URL, or a tested prototype plus a build plan any team could execute. Something to put in front of users, or in front of investors.

Honestly — it depends on what you're building. A focused tool might take one or two. A multi-user platform, more. What's true every time: the first Sprint produces something tangible, and you'll finish it knowing exactly what the path looks like. No open-ended retainers, no surprises.
