BeProductive

BeProductive is a focus app built from Intelligent Change’s Productivity Planner. We turned the paper method — a few tasks a day, the most important one first, worked in timed focus sessions — into a calm digital tool that helps people get more done without feeling overwhelmed.

The challenge. The Productivity Planner works on paper because it imposes limits: you can’t write fifty tasks in three slots. Most productivity apps throw that discipline away and hand you an infinite backlog. The job was to keep the constraint — do your most important work first — while adding the inbox, scheduling, and focus timing only software can offer.

What we built. An end-to-end product: full design plus a working, coded prototype. An inbox to brain-dump everything cluttering your mind, then sort it into today, this week, or later. Timed focus sessions around a short, deliberate daily task list. We user-tested it with focus groups to prove the method held up in software.

The outcome. A validated design exploration — proven with real users, though Intelligent Change chose not to take this one to market. The kind of well-scoped bet the opening Sprint exists to make before anyone commits to a full build.
